ARCHITECTURE & NAVIGATION

THE MAIN SCREEN (FOUR FRAMES TO SCROLL)

After ENTERING the App there are FOUR Frames to scroll. A typical screenshot is shown on the left, reduced to 30%, this being Walk 8 in the CENTRAL Area.

In Frame 1 decide on UPPER, CENTRAL or LOWER Areas, then Select either Cotswold Way or Circular Walks

In Frame 2 Select (eg) Walk 8 from the five Walks shown. There are also buttons for a HiLevel Fly-Over (see above) and a Panorama Slide Show (see above) for the whole CENTRAL Area.

The Walk MAP for the Walk 8 you selected appears in Frame 3 and the default (Southbound) Fly-Over (see above) for Walk 8 appears in Frame 4.

In Frame 3 you may Select either direction for a Fly-Over, to see any of the Panoramas (see above), or some Notes, all of which appear in Frame 4.

Also in Frame 3 you can Select SatNav for either direction/rotation (see above) or the stand-alone "Digital Track Card" (see below), all of which open in a "New Tab".

THE DIGITAL TRACK CARD (THREE FRAMES TO SCROLL)

Selecting the Digital Track Card Button in Frame 3 above opens a New "Tab" with a Three (and a bit) Frame Standalone Multi-App.

The intention is that, having decided on Walk 8 and actually using the Multi-App once on the trail, the "clutter" of Frames 1 & 2 is no longer required and dispensing with them minimises any scrolling.

Frame 1a replicates Frame 3 above.

Frame 2a is used for Panos and Notes.

Frame 3a is used for Fly-Overs in both directions and the small frame under is an Elevation Profile of the Walk to be used in conjunction with the Fly-Overs.
